The Process:
Once you have chosen your jewellery item, we will send you a prepaid tracked envelope along with a small spoon and an airtight sealing bag to add your loved ones ashes, these are then posted back to us
We will then call you to gather any additional information such as colours, if applicable chain style and length etc. We will also mix the resin before adding the ashes to ensure the colour is perfect for your piece.
There are 2 options when it comes to the colour, we can use a flat colour or you can choose Mica colours which creates a vibrant, metallic, and pearlescent effect by adding shimmering, light-reflecting particles. All our colours can be mixed to ensure the perfect shade is created for you
When we receive your ashes we will create your piece with care and dignity, not wasting any of the ashes.
We will then send you a picture of your finished piece to ensure you are happy with the item and post your item back to you in a beautiful presentation box next day tracked postage along with any unused ashes.
